Responsibilities:
Corporate Client Engagement with Specific Tools: Actively seek out and engage with corporate clients (B2B) using modern tools and platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales Hub, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and SalesLoft. These tools are essential for managing customer relationships, tracking sales pipelines, enhancing sales conversations, and identifying potential customers effectively.
Ethical Sales Approach: Strive to sell services in an ecological manner, avoiding aggressive sales tactics and focusing on consultative and client-centric strategies.
Business Development and Sales Strategy: Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks. Develop tailored strategies for different client types.
Client Relationship Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact and handle individual customer needs and queries.
Consultation and Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive immigration consultations, learning and advising on various types of visas and residencies. Utilize existing immigration experience and enhance knowledge over time.
Performance Monitoring and Conflict Resolution: Monitor sales metrics and company objectives, set and track sales targets, and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Client Relationship and Support Coordination: Foster and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with relocation services. Act as a key communicator between clients and the relocation team, signaling when support is needed and coordinating effectively to resolve any issues swiftly.
Qualifications
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in Sales Account Management, especially in B2B sectors.
English Proficiency: Strong command of English at a C1-2 level.
Immigration Experience: Personal immigration experience, including obtaining foreign residency. Preferably with expertise in European and American immigration processes.
International Market Knowledge: Sales experience in European, American, and BRICS markets, with appreciation for CIS and Russian markets.
Immigration Law Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of European immigration laws, willing to expand knowledge.
CRM and Analytics: Proficient in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
Communication and Multitasking: Excellent communication and client management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
Total Rewards
Compensation: Potential earnings up to $8,000 per month, including bonuses, with a minimum base salary of $2,000. The first two months feature an increased fixed salary to facilitate onboarding and learning.
Flexible Location: Work from any country within ±3 hours of Central European Time (CET). Choose your work location, be it at home, a beach, an office in Lisbon, or any coworking space
