Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth consultations on immigration for a diverse range of cases for individuals and companies.
Conduct detailed diagnostics of immigration cases, offering tailored recommendations for clients' paths and connecting them with specialized consultants.
Develop, oversee, and ensure the highest quality of a wide network of immigration service providers.
Create and maintain incredibly detailed immigration guides for various countries.
Drive business development by identifying and engaging potential collaborators in the sector.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge bases and assistance processes, setting exceptional standards for service quality.
Play an active role in product development, using insights from various stakeholders to enhance user experience and platform functionality.
Qualifications for Key Immigration Expertise Manager:
Immigration Consulting Experience: Proven track record in immigration consulting, especially in European and North American contexts. Must have handled at least 300 immigration cases.
Provider Interaction Skills: Experience working with immigration providers from various countries, with the ability to assess their qualifications and reputation.
Strong Relationship Skills: Excellent at building relationships and managing clients.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, minimum level C1, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Tech Skills: proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, quick to adapt to new IT tools, and capable of effectively formulating and utilizing GPT prompts to streamline tasks.
International Market Exposure: Experience working with international markets.
Geographic Eligibility: Due to legal and operational constraints, we are unable to partner with individuals residing in countries under international sanctions.

Corporate Client Engagement with Specific Tools: Actively seek out and engage with corporate clients (B2B) using modern tools and platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales Hub, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and SalesLoft. These tools are essential for managing customer relationships, tracking sales pipelines, enhancing sales conversations, and identifying potential customers effectively.
Ethical Sales Approach: Strive to sell services in an ecological manner, avoiding aggressive sales tactics and focusing on consultative and client-centric strategies.
Business Development and Sales Strategy: Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks. Develop tailored strategies for different client types.
Client Relationship Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact and handle individual customer needs and queries.
Consultation and Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive immigration consultations, learning and advising on various types of visas and residencies. Utilize existing immigration experience and enhance knowledge over time.
Performance Monitoring and Conflict Resolution: Monitor sales metrics and company objectives, set and track sales targets, and resolve any conflicts or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Client Relationship and Support Coordination: Foster and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with relocation services. Act as a key communicator between clients and the relocation team, signaling when support is needed and coordinating effectively to resolve any issues swiftly.
Qualifications
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in Sales Account Management, especially in B2B sectors.
English Proficiency: Strong command of English at a C1-2 level.
Immigration Experience: Personal immigration experience, including obtaining foreign residency. Preferably with expertise in European and American immigration processes.
International Market Knowledge: Sales experience in European, American, and BRICS markets, with appreciation for CIS and Russian markets.
Immigration Law Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of European immigration laws, willing to expand knowledge.
CRM and Analytics: Proficient in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
Communication and Multitasking: Excellent communication and client management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
Total Rewards

Compensation: Potential earnings up to $8,000 per month, including bonuses, with a minimum base salary of $2,000. The first two months feature an increased fixed salary to facilitate onboarding and learning.

You will drive all demand gen and revenue in across 10 countries among emigrants, digital nomads, and immigration experts. You’ll be responsible for marketing and generating demand in the BRICS countries, through any channels you think will be most effective: community development, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, content-marketing, events, outdoor advertising, etc.

In addition to direct demand gen, you’ll be responsible for owning our channel strategy and driving demand through digital nomads and immigrants communities partners.

To be successful in this role
You have 5+ years of B2C SaaS experience in Growth roles in some of BRICS and developing countries with measurable results across multiple channels
A growth hacking mindset. You obsess over finding novel ways to efficiently scale every program—even when your intuition says you’re wrong. Successful candidates will have a track record of out-of-the-box ideas that drove significant growth.
Strong CustDev and in-depth interview research skills
